Where do you source?
We source from gourmet food retailers as well as restaurant wholesalers. Whenever possible we look to include local items and are always interested in collaborations. Contact us if you are interested in becoming a supplier.
Do you offer gift cards?
We offer gift cards for any of our charcuterie board sizes. e-gift cards are available under the Charcuterie Boards tab on the site.
Where do you deliver?
Charcuterie Boards are availble for delivery within 30 miles of Milford CT. Delivery up to 20 miles is free, +$10 for delivery outside of that range. Local pickup is available. Wood Boards ship nationwide via UPS, cost based on weight.
What is your return/Cancellation policy?
Food items are not returnable. We will accept returns on boards for any serious defects in the structure not caused by normal use.
Charcuterie Board orders cancelled prior to 48 hours before will recieve a refund less the cost of any food purchased. Orders cancelled within 48 hours of delivery will not be refunded.
Grazing tables require a nonrefundable deposit at the time of booking and can be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to the event for a refund less the cost of any food or specialty items purchased.
Wood boards can be cancelled within 48 hours for a full refund. No cancellations or refunds are offered after that time.
